The three floors correspond to the gunas - Tamas, Rajas, and Sattva - representing the three tendencies within the body and mind. Rooms include the Shringar room and the Ashoka room, which has a sword as part of its décor.

The hotel has two restaurants: Out of the Blue, serving continental food and a pesto cheese dosa, and Olive Bar & Kitchen, offering Mediterranean cuisine.
